Introduction

The Onboard QR Code Recognition Device (hereafter called VD1050) is a new-style onboard consumption terminal independently developed by TCPS, all the design is industrial and 32 bits high-speed ARM processor is adopted. The QR code modules support the frequent encoding format; Dual flash memory is equipped, and data reliability and security are assured; CAN, RS485 and RS232 communication interfaces are integrated in order to realize interconnection with other devices; it integrates the security chip which is suitable for financial environments; QR Code payment through Alipay is supported.

Functions

• All the design is industrial; the device is able to work effectively and stably in the severe environment.
• High performance industrial 32bits ARM chip is able to realize complicated operations ; and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the device;
• 64Mb Flash memories design is adopted. The complete data backup can be realized. When the device is powered down, the data can be kept for more than 100 years. Dual 64 Mbit (8 MByte0 can be extended.
• Read-only chip with unique 64 digits of registration code. The coding contents can be customized according to the needs of the client.
• The QR code modules adopt the 5th generation UIMG core decoding technologies, the special adjustment can be made according to the bar code of screen; it is able to adapt to the minimum brightness of screen, and screen bar code with mass data and various screen protectors.
• Several types of communication modes are supported, including CAN, RS485, RS232.
• It integrates the security chip which is suitable for financial environments; Alipay QR Code payment is supported.
• Wide range voltage input is supported, from 9 to 36V.
